Engineering and prototyping
Customised design is our strength and added value; our team designs technical solutions step by step with you, for the most diverse applications according to your needs. We specialise in customised and flexible engineering, from the study of compounds to component design, mould creation and moulding of the finished product. Prototyping is essential to refine the parameters until you obtain the perfect performance to your satisfaction.
A selective, study- and solution-oriented working method must make use of experience, research and tools. Our technical department is staffed by specialised personnel who can translate your requirements into careful material selection, 3D CAD design, and condition and performance testing using laboratory instruments. Our technical laboratory offers the possibility to perform the main verification and protocol tests required on raw materials and finished products. The objective is to design and implement the best possible technical component for the required application. Our approach is geared towards listening to the customer, co-design and results.

100% process control means 0% defects. Industry 4.0 is the advanced use of computer systems to optimise workflows and minimise human intervention. Our SPC system guarantees quality and production continuity by monitoring production parameters in real time, with the aim of detecting the slightest variation and preventing any potential defects.
