The mould of a main material with another one makes possible to realise complex layouts and to have a keen eye on costs through the decrease of the item itself and its weight.
In bicomponents technology, hard components (plastic or metal) are combined with soft ones (elastomer). These materials are matched through a single synchronic process. Even without a pre-treatment of the item, we reach an excellent match between different materials in thermoplastic, by means of a chemical connection.
